We’re thrilled to be launching our Surfer-H web agent publicly for everyone to use and experience today. Launching the Surfer-H-CLI

Today, we’re releasing Surfer-H-CLI, our open-source, web-native agent designed for browser-based automation.

Surfer-H-CLI allows developers to take full control of a local Chrome browser to perform complex web tasks — from searching and scrolling to clicking and writing — and can be connected to any visual-language model via the OpenAI SDK.

When paired with our open-source model Holo1, Surfer-H has achieved a 92.2% success rate on the WebVoyager benchmark, while delivering up to 5.5x cost savings compared to leading alternatives — at just $0.13 per task.
