Start recording
Click Record a routine above the prompt box. HoloTab watches the active tab and listens to the microphone.

Do the task, and say why
Click through the task as you normally would. Narrate as you go (“I’m adding the exhibitor name to column A”): your voice gives the routine the intent behind each step, not just the clicks.

Stop and review
Stop the recording. HoloTab generates a routine with a
/name, the variables it detected (for example {exhibitor_name}), and the step list. Edit any step, then save.Run one
Type/ in the prompt box to open your library, pick a routine, and fill its variables. Steps are written in plain language, so HoloTab runs them with the agent rather than replaying recorded clicks.
Pre-built routines
