Recording a routine in HoloTab: the panel shows the routine name, a variable, and the recorded steps while a spreadsheet is being filled
A routine is a saved, reusable task: a name, optional variables, and the steps HoloTab follows. Run it on demand or on a schedule.

Routines

Record one

1

Start recording

Click Record a routine above the prompt box. HoloTab watches the active tab and listens to the microphone.
2

Do the task, and say why

Click through the task as you normally would. Narrate as you go (“I’m adding the exhibitor name to column A”): your voice gives the routine the intent behind each step, not just the clicks.
3

Stop and review

Stop the recording. HoloTab generates a routine with a /name, the variables it detected (for example {exhibitor_name}), and the step list. Edit any step, then save.

Run one

Type / in the prompt box to open your library, pick a routine, and fill its variables. Steps are written in plain language, so HoloTab runs them with the agent rather than replaying recorded clicks.

Pre-built routines

A few routines ship with HoloTab so you can see what a good one looks like.

/digest-gmail-inbox

Reviews the first five unread Gmail conversations, summarizes them by sender, and saves a draft reply for each in your tone. Nothing is sent until you review.

/create-listing-ebay

Lists a resale item on eBay end to end.

/create-spotify-playlist

Builds a playlist of last week’s top 20 tracks in a region and adds it to your library.

Schedules

HoloTab schedule form: routine name, frequency and time, and the routine's variables
Open Schedules in the panel, pick a routine, fill its variables, and choose daily, weekly, or monthly plus a time. Use the toggle to turn a schedule on or off.
The Schedules list in HoloTab with a routine toggled on to run every Monday at 9:00
Schedules run in the background in your browser: Chrome has to be open at the scheduled time. Runs follow your autonomy mode, so a routine set to ask before sending or booking will wait for you.

Voice input

Tap the microphone in the prompt box and speak the task. Voice works exactly like typed text, for one-off tasks and for narrating a recording.
